The application icons look terrible on Windows 7 and Vista. An icon file consists of multiple resolution images and probably the 48x48 version is missing. We'll have this fix in the final version.

On My laptop with Windows 7 it shows correctly
Iside of the Exe file of arena you have 3 icons
128x128 32 bits
32x32 32 bits
16x16 32 bits
I extract the 128 and I compare with the one is created by the installer and looks the same one
