Clip Target Stuck on Own Layer

Selecting other options does nothing clip still triggers in own...

Ok this seems to be for imported decks, a new deck seems fine...

Unfortunately I can not reproduce this, I set the clip target to active layer in the composition menu in Avenue 3. When I open this composition with Avenue 4 the clip target works as expected, to the active layer.

It also works as expected for me when I set the target at the clip level.

Perhaps you can send us your faulty composition?
