Some issues with advanced output dialog

Hi there, I've been testing Advanced Output in Arena 4, and am having a strange issue:

When I open the advanced output dialog, it appears over a fullscreen rendering of the output on the *primary* monitor, blocking out the Resolume UI.

Sometimes clicking OK applies the mapping and returns to the Resolume UI, but sometimes not. I have to disable output, and re-enable fullscreen.

Anything I'm doing wrong?

By default, when entering the Advanced Output, Resolume tries to span over all the available displays. Unchecking the main display on the left side of the AO dialog should bring back the gui on the main screen.

Btw, note that Fullscreen Display X and Advanced Output are two different modes that cancel each other out when selected.
