Resolume 3.3.3 rev4404 on an iMac, 10.5.8, 4 GB RAM, 2.66 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo..
I'm using a keystone mask on a couple of layers to take out whatever's either above or below the horizon - one track has the footage rotated 180º so that i can have mirrored sea and sky and so on, bring other elements in either side of the horizon line etc. I want to be able to fade the keystone mask in or out but none of the blends seem capable of doing this smoothly - it's either totally in or out when i try to fade the opacity. the only one which kind of works is 50 Mask, but this still darkens the un-masked portion of the channel, and then bursts just below 100% so that instead of a smooth fade i get a general dimming of the picture, follwed by a restoration of picture brightness, and the mask fully on.
i know this is probably a daft way of doing what i'm trying to do but... any clues? any suggestions...?
