Play once bug?

Post by allx »

Another bug found, not sure if it was already mentioned.
when switching from loop play mode to "play once", the only way to play current clip once again after it has finished playing is to switch to another clip and then back. Clicking pause-play, play, triggering play mode won`t help.

I'm not sure if I understand you correctly, but the play/pause buttons are not clip triggers. They only control the play mode of the clip (forward/backward/pause/random). Clips are triggered by clicking on them, and this works for clips set to 'play once' as well.

ps. Please create new topics when the issue is unrelated to the thread.

Hmm.
When I press pause button, the clip pauses. When I press play button, the clip continues playing, I can set the postition on the timeline and then press play - and that`s OK.
But since the clip has reached it`s end, play/pause buttons are not functioning (I really expect them to do). The only way to play a clip is to select "pause", then trig a clip, then press "play".

As mentioned: the play/pause buttons are not triggers. When you put a clip in pause, *the clip is still triggered*, it is just in pause mode. If you then press the play button it will resume playing. The moment the clip is ejected when it reaches the end of the timeline, you will have to trigger it again by clicking on the clip itself. I'm sorry if you are expecting differently, but this is the way Resolume has always worked and will continue to work.
