@Nexus: Why ir Mapio? and why Arena?

Works fine with Avenue.

First of all... you need a graphics card with min. 3 outputs which can be used simultaneously.
2 Outs for your projectors and one for the Resolume GUI.
If do don't have one... you'll need a matrox like Nexus mentioned before.
http://www.matrox.com/graphics/en/produ ... igital_se/

Here is a example of how it could work for you.

- Open resolume.....Avenue or Arena
- Set your composition size to 1280x480px
- Add one clip in layer one and another in layer two
- Activate scaling in the LAYER properties (Layer 1 & 2) and setup it to W 640 H 480
- Now set the x position of LAYER 1 to -320 and the x position of LAYER 2 to 320

From now on every clip you add to layer one or two will be played on the left or right side of your composition.

- Navigate to OUTPUT/ADVANCED
- If you connected 2 projectors to your card you should see TWO displays with one slice above on the left side of the screen.
- click on the slices and set them booth to 640x480px an drag one to the left and the other to the right side of the input-section.

Save&Close.......voilá

i just think it's better that way than scaling, easier if you have the plugin and just trying to sell Resolume Arena cause is such a great software, and i know it look more proffesional that way. yes i know you can map with photoshop, transforming areas and keystone, but its way better to use a plugin that its made for that.

Who said anything about mapping? The question was about outputting 2 different things to two projectors!
How would it look more professional and how is having to use a plugin when you don't actually need it easier?
I find that people get into "plugin mode" very easily before actually looking at what can be achieved with what they already have.
