Trigger question

Can trigger a clip in a layer whit a clip in another layer?
Example:
a 5 sec clip in layer 1 finish and trigger a 10 sec clip in layer 2
is this possible?

auto pilot? this should do it. layer or column? so the clips will play sequentially?

the clips play sequentially. yes, but in different outputs (screens)
that is why I need that are in different layers
