SUGGESTION #1 BPM values

it'd really nice (and simple from a programmers point of view) to implement more beat values for effect assignment.

right now, you can choose between 1 beat and 64 beats when you assign bpm to an effect. my suggestion is to add:

half, quarter, eighth, sixteenth, thirty ...

wow, I almost forgot I could change the layer to other modes (like add), it's really great!!

my idea is to develop some free tools to manage the deck files.

my main concern is to move movie files around and being able to adjust the deck files to set the new locations, without loosing the in/out pos, effects, and such.
