i have a toshiba 1.73ghz centrino ,1.5gb ram 128 video card dedicated..i run everything off external hd (7200) rpm and compress everything with indeo 5.1 but i notice when i run 3 layers it starts to get little jittery (sometimes) im not sure if my machine can handle 640x480

resolutions

hi apologies if there is already a thread on this but am noticing my computer is sluggish when runnin 3 layers in resolume..my clips are all 640x480 using indeo 5.1...somebody told me i can run the clips on considerably smaller resolutions eg 400x300 and u wont notice a difference in quality as this ...

dual core in resolume

hi was wondering about dual core in resolume..i know resolume does not utilise dual core yet but if i had a core duo 1.83 ghz ...would this be better than my present computer which is a single core 1.73ghz centrino...... is dual core actually double theprocessor or is it jus a bit better...thanks

keyframing and export settings

hi i am using res 2.4. recently i have noticed sum problems in terms of freezing. it more than likely is something i am doing as i new to all this!

the problem has happened recently and was wondering about the following:

does it matter if sum of the clips are exported at different resolutions eg ...
