Re: Arena: Scaling / Positioning & Advanced Output

Cheers for that - Always forget just how useful the crop effect is. 8-)

For this comp, the advanced output is necessary to map the video on to the irregular surface I'm projecting on to.

However, right after trying that, I noticed that the scale and X/Y position are now working perfectly in the ...

Arena: Scaling / Positioning & Advanced Output

I have an HD video capture to Arena, consisting of 4x SD camera feeds in a square arrangement (think security camera multi-monitor type image). I want to have each camera as a separate clip, so I can video mix between them... And also use the Advanced Output to map the composition.

If I don't used ...

Re: Review: Magewell XI100DUSB-HDMI Capture dongle

Cosmowe - Cheers for that. Had tried every combination, but no luck.

Seems we have managed to fix the banding issue though - By flashing the firmware. It was already running the current 1.4.11, and the updater reported that the card was up to date. However, it gave the option to reflash the current ...

Re: Review: Magewell XI100DUSB-HDMI Capture dongle

We've also just grabbed one of these guys to run alongside our BM capture cards, but have noticed it behaves a bit erratically. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue:

Running on a Macbook Pro (2013) - If we boot the MBP with the capture card plugged in, the image is rock solid at ...

How to set Avenue to non-listed resolutions?

Evening all, just wondering how to set RA3 to a non-listed resolution?

I have a media server with three outputs that I'd like to use at 1920x1080 spanned for architectural projection, but there's no 5760x1080 option available, so I'm open to suggestions.

I've also got a laptop with a Matrox Dual ...

Best USB2/Firewire Capture Card?

Hey all, am using a BlackMagic intensity with my media server, but also have a laptop for smaller gigs and am looking for some recommendations for a STABLE capture card for a camera on the DJ - Just a single source will do.

I know there's a lot out there, but am looking for recommendations based on ...

Recommendations for a new Media Server case?

Hi all, I'm just building a new i7 PC and am looking to make it as portable as possible whilst retaining desktop speed & functionality. All components are sorted apart from the case.

I had my head set on a ThermalTake LanBox (http://www.bigbruin.com/2007/ttlanbox_1) but found out it's discontinued ...

Re: help with win 7.

Hi Leo, it sounds like you have everything set up right for a dual screen performance, but your screens are reversed (screen 1 should be laptop and 2 should be projector - This can be verified by right-clicking on the background, choosing "Screen Resolution" and pressing "Identify". Chances are, you ...

Re: anyone wanna help me get Touch OSC working?

Did you get this working? Set it up a few weeks ago on my HTC desire, and works a treat with Resolume. Wireless range is really good aswell...

Here's what I did...

1) Install Connectify to turn the laptop into a wireless hub
2) Connect your mobile device to this wireless network
3) Enter the IP ...
