Re: NDI Audio
Dante is also a great network audio system for other uses too. https://www.audinate.com/products
Indeed it is !
I can try pushing audio via Dante and video via NDI.
My only concern is sync'ing the two and keep them from drifting..
I'll give it a go using Dante Virtual Soundcard

Does anybody know of any workarounds over network instead of audio capture cards ?
Edit:
I've found a solution for Mac on: http://www.sienna-tv.com/ndi/audioout.html

Re: DOME projection with Resolume 5
Since I'll be VJ'ing there I will have to map the beamers myself to the dome using ARENA 5.
Any tips / advice on how to do this best since it's the fist time I will map a dome.
Did you end up using Resolume or another software ?
I'm expected to do a full dome projection for a corporate event ...

Re: Navigations with midi or keyboard
Yes you can !
Use the arrowkeys to navigate trough your clips and hit enter to launch them.
You can also asign specific clips or parameter to keys or midi shortcuts.
More info about this in the manual :

Re: Multiply audio FFT inputs
I use Volumetric https://github.com/Udart/volumetricapp
You can use it to target specific regions of the spectrum and send this FFT to different midi/OSC channels.

Re: External GPU vs Internal
Also, The stuff I was reading about was on the trashcan Mac Pro's using a GTX 1080, Not sure if there's any differences between that and the MBP's. With the os being the same, I would assume that the process would be the same.
Do you mind linking me to this article ?
I'd love to read about this ...

Re: Connecting to GrandMa2
Hi Joshua,
This is all well documented in the manual (RTFM!): http://resolume.com/manual/en/r5/controlling#dmx
Basically you set up a networkhub with the GrandMA and the device that runs resolume,
Set a fixed IP on the Device.
Next you can either use the default DMX mapping with the fixture file ...
