In my power settings I have prefer maximum/optimal performance on.

GPU is a 3070 Laptop GPU.

Is it normal for my GPU to be running near 100% with an empty composition and no clips triggered or outputs live? Just wondering, system is running fine.

Ahhh okay, I'll probably keep my 3060ti for now. It's not a full show computer, just for emergencies or backups.

Is this possible with a 3060ti or 4070? I know in the past, only 80s and up were able to comfortably handle three 4k outputs at 60hz?

Will it work if it's playing 4k footage as well?

My fix to this was to return the shitty MaxQ Design laptop and stick to full GPUs

So Ive decided to try out the Sager NP8952 with 1070 MaxQ, and so far its been nothing less than a nightmare with my FPS.

Windows 10
Nvidia 385.89 (rolled back from current 388, same issues listed below happen with every nvidia driver ive tried)
Build 1703

I did a clean driver install and after installing nvidia driver 385.69. I'm able to get 60 fps with the setting "use 3D application setting" not V-sync on, not V-sync off .

I just don't understand why on my old system I can get well over 100 fps using a 970m on windows 8.1, but on this ...

I'm still getting 60fps in build 1703 and the newest NVIDIA driver (388.53???)
