I cannot make it work like you do in the video. I put the AMP plugin on top of the foreground layer and then it removes the graphics already present.

Made this in Avenue but did the keying in DaVinci Resolve.

Yes I know but as I described the background is also visible through the graphics of the foreground layer which I don't want. I want it only in the black areas. So I guess it's not really keying but blocking. I can do it in DaVinci Resolve though. Thanks.

Thanks. I tried a number of times with AutoMask but didn't succeed. Maybe because the black is actually alpha. I have this layer and I want my second layer to be visible only in the background between the "peaks".
Currently it is visible through the entire first layer which I don't want.
How do I do this in Avenue?

I was talking about videos and that they open as an image in Resolume which is weird. I just mean that we should have a photos browser where you could open photos and videos from.

Also and option to automatically convert imported videos to DVX codec would be handy.

Thanks for your reply. That is rather surprising. I guess I'll have to manage by opening the photo files via the files browser. It would be great if we could have a photo browser in Resolume.

In one of your tutorials you show that this is a feature.

I have never been able to open videos by drag and drop from the Photos app on my MacBook Pro. Why? When I drag a video into Resolume the video opens as a JPEG image.

Please help with this since it is severely limiting.
