ive recently also tested the dxv codec, nice results (a bit less sharp then the mjpeg but good performence all in all).
i tried x5 640x480 movies, and x2 1080p movies in DXV, and it worked In avarage of 30fps on a lower spec machine (2ghtz ...

ive noticed when im loading clips to resolume, the output is loosing frames like crasy.
even when changing between decks \ compositions, or going between the 3 banks.
im using:
PC running windows xp.
7200rpm sata2 HD
core2duo 3ghtz
2gb of ram
geforce 8600gt with latest drivers
video codec ...

I've found one important tweak that has to be made...
There is a problem with the layer browser window.
especially when using low resolution monitors (15" @ 1024x768 ...

what about 768x576?
i hate using different pixel aspect then square...
as most of my footage comes from grafix and not DV - i could choose whatever RESOLUTION i want, But still the input resolution of resolume is: 720x576...
what do you think?

i am experiencing the same thing in my setup. the big worry is that it will happen in an event with no way to avoid it.
this saturday (23.9.06) that thing just happen!
