Hi,
I was using Resolume 2.4 over the weekend at a gig, I got a screen "freeze" every 20 minutes or so. No crash just everything stopped.
I switched between V 2.3 and 2.4 and got the same problem each time
I have encoded all my loops as with the DivX Fast Motion Codec, as I find the quality on Cinepak is a little ropey, does Resolume have problems wirth DivX?
My Spec is:
Traktor Dj Console MIDI controller
DELL 6400 Dual Processor, 1 Gig Ram with 256MB ATI MOBILITY RADEON X1400
Any help greatly appreciated...
Resolume "Freeze" Problem, Divx?
Hi,
Well a few years back i would have said that DivX is normally not suitable for live perfromances. But a lot has changed and i haven't actually tested DivX for a while. So if you won't notice any speed problems then use it.
So i don't know if this bug is related to divx, but what you can try is running with cinepak footage as a test and see wether this same bug happens as well.
Only then we discover where this bug is related to.
I will have a go with this codec to see how it feels.
Cheers
Edwin
