Midi Mapping "other notes" Bug

Hey all,

just bought a KORG nano KONTROL - USB midi Controller and tried some midi mapping in resolume 2.4.1 today.

Controllers work fine,
with the exeption of the effect parameters (1 to 4) for layers and effect slots

Other Notes dont work at all...
resolume does not recognize the right midi controller numbers. the same button will show up with the right number in the Controllers collum and with a wrong number in the notes collum... (?!?)
also its always the same number for different controllers or buttons at the other notes collum.

offering not to connect via USB as a fix. unfortunately the nano series only offers USB connection.

downloading and installing the KORG midi usb drivers and the configuration tool didnt solve the problem...

i found some posts in this forum but no fix which worked for me, maybe i just made a stupid mistake or something...
(...by the way, i still dont really get what the channel notes are doing. i cleared the active one while trying to get the recording to work... ...good/bad/doesen't matter ?? )

I am really looking forward to using midi control for my visuals and i need some of the functions provided in the notes collum as well as the effect parameters.
if anyone of you has a fix or a suggestion please let me know!
my next gig is in a week and tomorrow evening is a rehersal...

ok.

i've got a clue...

some of the buttons can only send CC or MMC and no notes...

for those ones i used this workaround:

I just got a Korg Nano Kontrol. I've set it up with Resolume 2.41 and everything works fine. I was having trouble at first with the buttons not sending notes. But I figured it out, it does not need a workaround solution. You need to make sure that you send the configuration to the controller after you have it set in the Korg editor software. After that it works like a charm!
