Quartz playback freezing

Hi gang,

I'm really happy about the new Quartz aspect of Resolume!

I have had a recurring problem though: while playing Quartz compositions in Resolume, the playback occasionally freezes unexpectedly and I can't seem to get it moving again.
So i've had to re-load the quartz files which means i lose my clip settings, and would be bad news in a live situation.

Has anyone else had this problem?...

We have seen this happen when you appty the Wave Warp effect. Perhaps you used that?

Hi Bart,

Hmm, I haven't been using wave warp...

It could be something to do with overloading the program/laptop, and it has happened when i've been messing about with lost of parameters when i'm setting up my deck, but it has also happened when i've only had 2 layers going and no effects on the go.

I'll try mucking about with the quartz files you guys provided to see if it's just the ones i've made which are freezing. It's a fairly random problem so it's difficult to see the cause.

I'll post again when i can give more specific information about the circumstances when it occurs.
