Just downloaded MPEG Stream Clip1.2 but I can't find the Compression Type DXV anywhere?
Got it on the Mac version. Any ideas?
Thanks

In MPegStreamclip
load your video, then select file from the top menu, and choose export to quicktime.
open the pull down menu at the top labeled: compression
choose DXV compressor
adjust the rest of your settings and your good to go.

Re: MPEG Stream Clip Encoding Windows
I know the steps to convert a video, it's just that the option DXV is not there. I have it on my Mac.
No, don't have anything such as After Effects or else installed on that machine. It's all on my Mac and DXV shows up as an option there.

Re: MPEG Stream Clip Encoding Windows
I supose you have Quicktime installed... May be try to reinstall it.
Re: MPEG Stream Clip Encoding Windows
As Granda mentions, make sure you have Quicktime installed in the default location.
The reason why Sticky mentioned the steps to export was because you didn't include this information in your original report. When all you say is "it doesn't work", there's no choice but to start at basic principles in order to help you.

I see... I reinstalled Quicktime and the DVX codec but still no joy.
