Installing BlackMagic drivers without installing BM codecs

Hello capture world!
I have a blackmagic drama i hope some expert had gone through and have the solution

I have blackmagic intensity shuttle usb3 and resolume 4 on win7x64.

- if i install the official drivers package from blackmagic website it also installs a lot of other wrong-ware including blackmagic mjpeg codecs that wipe out all other codecs and make resolume4 work very slow with mjpeg avi clips.

- i managed to extract the drivers only from another windows installation and installed them on the resolume windows, however now resolume doesn't recognize the blackmagic - it's not in the sources tab.

Do you know any solution to make blackmagic work in resolume without installing blackmagic's mjpeg codecs?
