clip opacity ignored when slice set to ignore layer opacity

Clip opacity gets ignored when destination slice in advanced output is set to ignore layer opacity.

I think this is related to the problem I described in this post (clip opacity issue)

Ah yes. It makes sense that that doesn't work with the current implementation.

We're going to re-examine both layer to slice routing and clip/layer relations for Res 5. We'll tackle this bees' nest as well then.
