Ok, so the thing is that your TouchOSC preset works fine for me with a new composition and the OSC output all preset. Once the names are updated in touchOSC they don't change to a number for me at all.
So I guess we'd find the cause of what you see in your composition and OSC preset, but we can't help you without them.

Looks like you mapped the deck select object to send it's integer value on the address for the deck name.
That won't work to send the name.

Try switching to the Output ALL OSC messages preset.

BTW you did similar things there for layer and clip names.
