low number of video frames

My system:
cpu: 10900K
ram: 8G x 4 (3200HZ)
SSD: samsung 970 p
GPU: rtx3080 X 2

output: 2x(4096*2160) , 2x(3840*1080) , 1X(3840*1440) , 1x(1920*1080)

The problem is
Whenever these screens are loaded in Advanced, the video frames will be less than 20 frames,without playing any video files

Is there a solution to this problem?

Using multiple GPU-s always comes with a performance hit.
You can get the best performance outputting only from the renderer GPU directly.
