Hi there,
I had an idea to make a standard ocean simulation to have as stock footage for future shows.
Basically the premise is this,
Layer 5+ = Additional footage to superimpose over top of the other layers
Layer 4 = Video Router for Layer 2
Layer 3 = footage layer for lighting in the background
Layer 2 = Video Router for layer 1
Layer 1 = ocean simulation footage layer
I want to have the water layer reflect lighting and colors from the background footage, but in real-time, so it matches whatever footage I throw at it in the future.
I'm not sure how to do it, and I have no clue if I have to do something in particular to make it work (i.e. use grayscale color mapping or something like that.)
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thank you!
