Different transition time between clips

Hi Everybody,

Does anyone know if there is a simple way to have different transition time betwen clips without manually changint it all the time?

I need some of the clips to cut quickly and others change with a long or medium transition time

Or, any way to set transition time for whole columns instead of layers?
