Good afternoon.
Can't output 4k ( 3840x2160p@30hz ) resolution via Datapath X4.
Laptop MacBook Pro M1 Max 64gb.
The laptop shows that the second screen appeared with 4k resolution, and the Datapath X4 writes No Signal. I can not solve this problem and there is no solution on the forums. I ask for help who can help.
I bought a Type C to DVI adapter. It is written that Germany and that it supports 3840x2160p@30hz. When I connect there is no signal on Datapath X4.
I managed to display a maximum of 2k @ 60hz output a picture.
Tried to connect my old MacBook Pro 2015 through an external video card GTX 1080ti everything works. The problem is that 2015 MacBook Pro can't output 4k image smoothly.
I tried both HDMI to DVI and Type C to DVI, the result is the same No Signal.
Please help me output 4k@30hz image from my MacBook Pro M1 Max to Datapath X4.
Help connect Datapath X4 to MacBook Pro M1 Max at 3840x2160p@30hz ( 4k ). Datapath writes No Signal.

The MacBook Pro M1 Max only has an HDMI output. So I bought a Type C to DVI adapter. The box says that this adapter supports 3820x2160 (4k)
Judging from the analysis, it is Dual DVI.

I have an idea.
Maybe the problem is that I have a weak pinning block from the MacBook Air, it is 30 watt.
Maybe my MacBook M1 Max is not getting enough power from the 30 watt power supply.
There may be such a reason.
And it can't output 4k.

I send photos of the adapter, the settings are on the Datapath X4.

MacBook M1 max shows that there is a 4k screen, but Datapath X4 says no signal.
I showed photos of the adapter.
Please tell me what is my mistake.
Why does Datapath write no signal.

Did you find a solution? I know, it's been a while...
Unfortunately I don't have a Datapath, just a Macbook. One possible problem - the DVI cable should be also able to handle 4k. And another thought - maybe you could try to use a 4K HDMI cable and an adapter to DVI? Just an idea. It works fine for me, but I don't know, if your Datapath would love it too...
Good luck, but maybe you found a way already.
