Hello,
Does anyone have a problem where the audio interface keeps disconnecting from time to time?
I use an interface from M-Audio and also from Behringher, both after putting them in the preferences, they are often losing the connection with Resolume in this new version.
In the event that I used it, it ended up being just for capture, but if I had to play a soundtrack to sound equipment, I wouldn't know what to do.
It cost!

Are you using ASIO? If not, give that a try.

Yes, I'm using ASIO.
Re: Audio Interface Disconnecting - Version 7.16
There seems to be an ASIO issue on some windows 10 systems, where the device disconnects randomly.
Happens with Ableton too, so it's not Resolume specific.
Check the USB and device sleep options in the OS power settings, and make sure drivers are up to date.
Windows audio might be better in this case.

Weird issue. I use ASIO (I'm on Win11) and it's very stable for me, and I used ASIO on all my tours when I had win10 with no issues, so I wonder if it's something that got changed in a later win10 update?

Re: Audio Interface Disconnecting - Version 7.16
This bug is strange, because with version 7.15, this did not happen. Already in this version 7.16 (last so far), which happened.
The driver is up to date and everything works perfectly, so much so that in other software, this does not happen. I don't know if there was a conflict with the audio interface or some other bug, even related to a WIN10 update.
I'll keep watching the fact, but it shouldn't happen as soon as the version of Resolume changed.
I just put this observation here that occurred to me to see if someone also suffered from the same problem in a while or if this is being an isolated case.
Thank you all! Let's watch

It happened for me with Ableton and Reaper too last time I tried, running on their own.
Could be a driver thing, or OS setting.
We haven't changed audio handling in 7.16, but if you'd like to try 7.15, you can get it from the bottom of our download page.
