4K Capture card source cannot open

Hi Pros.
I own a couple of PCI-E 4K capture cards from this https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BG2QZ8HH?ps ... ct_details.

Log file shows an error of:
Failed initializing DS capture device, could not connect to video source with sampler grabber.

Here's the entire part of the log's errors.

Now the interesting this is, that the card preforms well on the exact same machine on other apps such as vMix and OBS.

Any toughts or workarounds?

To this day I am unable to use the 4k capture card. Several resolution updates and nothing works.
