clip cutting

Post by emx »

not a bug sorry, but i couldnt find a place to ask this in:

how do you guys cut bigger movies/clips into smaller ones? i know there is premiere or so, but it cant export multiple clips in 1 go. i imagined a small software where you can precisely set in and out points (with keyboard shortcuts too (arrows, shift-arrows), and exports all small clips in 1 go so i can leave my pc alone for that time, and get 47 small clips taken out of matrix 4 :D

Hi Emx,
maybe virtualdub can do the job.
It supports scripting as well, so if it's not in it you can script it (or find someone else to do that)
