Can't output 4k ( 3840x2160p@30hz ) resolution via Datapath X4.
Laptop MacBook Pro M1 Max 64gb.
The laptop shows that the second screen appeared with 4k resolution, and the Datapath X4 writes No Signal. I can not solve this problem and there is no solution on the forums. I ask for help who can help.
I bought a Type C to DVI adapter. It is written that Germany and that it supports 3840x2160p@30hz. When I connect there is no signal on Datapath X4.
I managed to display a maximum of 2k @ 60hz output a picture.
Tried to connect my old MacBook Pro 2015 through an external video card GTX 1080ti everything works. The problem is that 2015 MacBook Pro can't output 4k image smoothly.
I tried both HDMI to DVI and Type C to DVI, the result is the same No Signal.
Please help me output 4k@30hz image from my MacBook Pro M1 Max to Datapath X4.
