Re: Use UI's empty space click and drag to tweak values

I never wanted to remove them but have wiser and additional ways to move and scale elements. which is the weakest point of Resolume's UI and UX tbh

Your phrasing of:
it's a waste of space and time
Made me believe you wanted to remove them. Just because you feel it's a "it's a waste of space ...

Re: Show info / bounding rects View option

One of the reasons Slice Transform was built was to make on the ...

Re: Recording Audio Input to Clips?

To get you up and running right now, Try running OBS with your audio going in, then download the Spout plugin for OBS and use Spout to get your composition out from Resolume to OBS.

Re: Show info / bounding rects View option

You can do this in Advanced Output. I typically do all my positioning and scaling in Advanced output and then just use the Slice Transform FX to apply the formatting to the group or layers. This way, if something goes south during the show, it can easily be fixed in Advanced Output vs dicking around ...

Re: Use UI's empty space click and drag to tweak values

When you're working the shows that I work, those -/+ buttons are worth every penny of their value.
I think having a slider next to them or as an expanded UI option would be nice, but I wouldn't want to loose the -/+ buttons, ever!

Re: SSD suggestions and use cases

I've only been using the external Samsung SSD's for the past 7 years and they haven't failed me yet. Very fast transfer speeds. I have about 15 of them. Very solid investment.

Re: Black Friday & Cyber Monday 50% Sale

Even with a discount of 90%, who can pay it without work? :(

Something that has been working out well for me in the past 16 years of being self employed:

30% off the top of your earnings goes into a "Savings" account to draw interest. At the first of the year, this account is used to pay taxes ...

Re: LUTs Support

With more and more livesteams and people needing to match off brand cameras for these shows, having a plugin like this would be great.
I would love a plugin that would work for basic color correction like:
White Balance
Tint
Exposure
Whites
Highlights
Midtones
Shadows
Blacks
Saturation
Vibrance ...

You will need to output to spout then use a spout viewer as a "windowed" app you can move around and resize

Re: Which portable machine for Resolume?

My GTX machines still work perfectly fine to this day, but if you're investing into a new machine, I wouldn't buy something 2 generations old, I would try to future proof myself as much as i can, who knows what things will be like in 5 years, why not invest into something that can still hold it's ...
